Adding Impressions to Choir Robes and Stoles

In addition to standard symbols and lettering, we can create custom embroidered designs based on your church, school, or organization’s own logo or artwork. Custom embroidery is quoted individually based on design complexity, stitch count, size, placement, and quantity.

For custom embroidery, we will need a clean digital copy of your artwork and additional production time to prepare the design for embroidery. Please contact us for a quote and artwork review.

Specialty Order Embroidered Designs: You can also order your own specialized design, created by your organization. Each specialty design has a setup fee, and a per-application fee. For example, if you had a symbol being embroidered on both sides of a choir stole, you would be charged a one time setup fee, and then an application fee for each side of the stole, on each stole you have the design.

Minimum Order: There is a minimum of 25 applications of any given design. So, for example, if you are choir robes with a symbol on one part of the robe, it would be a minimum 25 choir robes.

When submitting your design, please try and keep in mind the visible space available for your design. For example, our stoles are about 32 inches long each side, and about 4 and one-half inches wide. However, some of that length is a tapered section near your neck that would not be visible, and another is a tapered section that comes to a point at the bottom of the stole. Realistically there is only about 18 to 19 of vertical length to work with on a stole, and around 4 of horizontal width, on each side. There is usually a bit more room to work with on a robe, depending on where you want to place the embroidery.

Artwork Requirements: For custom embroidery, please provide the cleanest digital artwork available. Preferred file types include EPS, AI, PSD, and PDF. We can also work with standard image files such as JPG and GIF, and may be able to accept TIFF files as well. Artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi and at full size whenever possible. Lower-quality artwork, faxed copies, or rough sketches may require additional design preparation before embroidery can begin.

Ordering Notes: Because embroidered and other customized items are made specifically for your order, they are generally not returnable. Please review all design details carefully before production begins.
