Policies: Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We will gladly refund the Cost of Merchandise (excluding Shipping/Handling charges and any applicable Rush Fees), if you are not satisfied with the merchandise, provided the merchandise is returned to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment in original condition. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applicable on returns. Exchanges may also be avaialble on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to delay refunds until credit card or check transactions have cleared the bank.
A special return policy may apply to Keeper (single use) graduation robe orders in excess of 100 units, permitting you to return up to 20% of the robe packages in original condition and still sealed in original packaging, without paying a restocking fee. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment, in unused condition and in their original sealed packaging. Please contact your sales representative for further details to determine whether you qualify for this special return policy.
The above policies do not apply to any custom made items. Custom made items are nonreturnable, unless they are being returned for product defect (in which case they will be repaired or replaced, at our option). Custom made items include Professional and Verona Academic Regalia items (such as gown, hood, and tam), silk-screened and embroidered items, judicial gowns, choir gowns, choir stoles, and any special made items (such as unusual colors or sizes).
We cannot offer a refund on any shipping we’ve already paid. In particular, we cannot offer a refund on any customs or duty charges charged for an overseas order. We have no control over what is paid for shipping, nor your hone countries customs department fees and charges. If you have a specific issue you wish to discuss to help ease shipping charges or customs and duty charges, please contact us via email before placing your order.
A Return Authorization should be obtained before returning any merchandise. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits available 30 days after shipping date.
