This item will ship to the address of your choice, via the speed of shipping you select. This item, is NOT available for pickup. Do not use if you would like to pickup at our office. OUR OFFICE LOCATION IS NOT OPEN FOR DROP IN PURCHASES AT ANY TIME.

Online orders are processed only Monday – Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 3:30pm pacific time Orders placed on the Friday afternoon through late Sunday Night or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Production times (processing times) vary depending on the time of the year, springtime is our busiest season, and it may take longer than our usual two weeks to process a “no rush” pickup order.

Please note that the total minimum order (for the total of all products in your cart, not just this portion of your purchase) is $25.00. A low order fee will be charged at the end of your transaction to bring the total purchase (before tax and shipping) up to $25.00 if your total order does not sub-total at least $25.00.

Quantity discounts apply for orders of 150 or more caps, as indicated in the upper right hand corner chart.

Production time is a measure of weeks from the date we first process your order to the date we are ready to ship you order, and does not include the time it takes to ship your order to you. You will also be given an opportunity to pay to speed up your shipping time as well during the checkout phase of your order. BE SURE TO SELECT EXPEDITED SHIPPING IF YOU NEED FASTER THAN GROUND DELIVERY AS WELL.
