Online orders are processed only Monday – Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 3:30pm pacific time Orders placed on the Friday afternoon through late Sunday Night or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Production times (processing times) vary depending on the time of the year, springtime is our busiest season, and it may take longer than our usual two weeks to process a “no rush” pickup order.
Each Keeper robe package includes a graduation robe and cap in the color of your choice, a tassel in one color along with a metal tassel drop of your graduation year (sometimes called a signet), a collar in your choice of white or gold (typically for women), all bagged in a single plastic package. If you do not need a collar, please leave that category as “none”. Otherwise, choose a collar color (either white or gold). Collars are provided at no extra charge.
The tassel, for our pickup gowns, are only available in your choice of a single solid color.
