UPS Shipping
All graduation robe packages are shipped by UPS, insured.
Standard UPS ground shipping generally takes around 5 business days for US locations, though it can vary depending on your location. International shipping times depend on your specific country and location.
You have the option, at your additional cost, to purchase faster shipping. Faster shipping methods include 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. International shipping options include UPS Worldwide Express, and UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Caps and gowns are shipped in white boxes in standardized sizes, dependant on the quantity of robe packages you order. Because almost all contents are made from cloth, shipping damage is extremely rare. In the unusual event of a damaged product, your shipment is fully insured, and we can arrange for a complete replacement in relatively short order.
Production Turn Around Times
It takes time to fill your order. We are a manufacturer, not a retail store, and your robes are not just stacked pre-boxed waiting to be shipped. Production turn-around times for graduation caps and gowns apply to all customers, and vary depending on the season. For most of the year, production time is usually around 3-4 weeks from order placement date to order shipping date. For graduation gown season (April through June), it is about a week longer than that.
Rush orders may be available for an additional $35-$50 fee (plus standard shipping costs and, when necessary, any applicable faster shipping methods you choose). Rush orders can reduce the turn-around time to about 2 weeks (or sometimes less), depending on color, size, availability, and your location. Rush orders may also be made unavailable during graduation season (April through June), at our discretion.
Please do not ask us to ship a gown to you for arrival the day after you order it. We cannot do it. If you're in a pinch and need a graduation gown tomorrow, we suggest you travel to your nearest community college and ask at their bookstore.
