December 12, 2006 I would like you to be aware of the extra effort that was made by one of your employees, Lynn Bolotin. She took my order for a judge's robe and has been in contact with me several times to keep me abreast of the problems with getting the robe delivered before Christmas, and then keeping me informed of the progress of the robe when it looked like she would be able to expedite its making. I am impressed with the extra time she took and the phone calls that she initiated so that I would realize what the situation was like at your plant. August 23, 2005 Mark and Lynne, I received my gown and other items. I am truly impressed with the quality of the product. I have been around academia most of my life and have seen some poor academic regalia. When I opened the box I was awed by the richness of the colors and the craftmanship down to the matched cord on the back of the collar. It is simply magnificent. And, compared to other companies I checked with, your price was VERY reasonable. Lynne, I hope you were able to see the gown before it shipped. You were very easy to work with and I received the gown in time for the summer event. Please convey my thanks to everyone. My doctoral gown is the culmination of years of work and achievement. August 1, 2005 Hello Academic Apparel: Thank you for the great jobe you did on my academic regalia. I enjoyed working with Lynn and I found her to be extremely helpful in the pre and post ordering process. This was my first ordering experience with your company and I did not know what to expect. I know how important faculty academic regalia is and the message it sends. Therefore, I was a little nervous in even starting the process. Buy Lynn took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I must also tell you that I was extremely pleased with the pricing and the product. Many of my colleagues here at the University have lamented that their regalia's expense and lack of quality. My thought was they should have used Academic Apparel! The faculty sported many good looking gowns at the 2005 University of Vermont graduation. However, the Peacock Blue on my gown made me stand out among all of them. July 27, 2005 Dear Academic Cap & Gown Company, I was a recent customer of yours and I am writing to inform you of the quality service and product I have just received. Since the beginning of this experience I have dealt with Lynn, a customer representative with exceptional people skills. Lynn provided me with top rate quality customer service. She maintained contact with me throughout the construction of the doctoral robe in order to keep me abreast of the progress and any changes I had requested. I truly appreciated all of her time and attention. I am cognizant of the fact that I am only one of many customers; however, this was never apparent in my interactions with her. Towards the latter part of the experience, she notified me of the shipping date and when to expect my robe, she also called to check on my satisfaction with the quality of the robe once I had recevied it. The doctoral robe, by the way, was beautiful and the attention to detail was meticulous. I must add that I did my researchg and found that your prices are extremely competitve in this market.
