Honor Stoles – Vinyl Printing

Description

Our honor stoles are available in over a dozen colors. Our vinyl printing honor stoles are embellished by us with symbols and/or lettering.

Quantity discounts apply, and are listed on the chart in the upper right corner of this page (but do not include the setup fee or silk screening fee(s) – see below). As you add more items to your cart, the price will adjust based on your quantity.

Text requires no special setup. However, if you need a symbol or design, and it requires our artist to make artistic adjustments, it will be a one-time set up fee of $50 and a minimum of 25 stoles. We will call you if we think this will be an issue with your order, and we won’t charge that fee unless you agree.

Designs must first be approved by Academic Apparel. In general, camera-ready artwork emailed in proper .jpg or .gif format is helpful and sometimes can avoid the setup fee.

The price includes the stole and one side of lettering. It is an additional $1.50 for lettering on both sides of the stole.

Please include the lettering and any other relevant information for the vinyl in your order comments during checkout. All stoles must have the same lettering and design.

THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT TIME FRAMES YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF: PRODUCTION TIME, AND SHIPPING TIME. THESE ARE NOT THE SAME TIME FRAMES, AND BOTH TIMES APPLY TO ALL ORDERS.

 

Production times vary depending on the time of the year. During checkout, the current standard production time will be presented to you, and you will be given the opportunity to choose a rush order fee to speed your order up.

Please be aware that we sometimes use a third party to silk screen our stoles, and our third party silk-screener can sometimes (rarely) also get backed up with their orders and delay the entire order. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know that your order will be produce at a later time than the original estimate.

Production time is a measure of weeks from the date we first process your order to the date we are ready to ship you order, and does not include the time it takes to ship your order to you. You will also be given an opportunity to pay to speed up your shipping time as well during the checkout phase of your order.

We really are not kidding about our production and shipping time estimates, particularly during the busy graduation season. Please do not cut it close. If you have any doubts about when you need it to arrive, we strongly urge you to choose the faster rush option and/or shipping option.

Online orders are processed only Tues – Fri (except holidays) from 9am to 3:30pm pacific time, and only those days and hours can count as an order placement date. Orders placed outside of these days or times will be processed on the next available order processing day. Please indicate your graduation date in the comment section of your order, and we will try to accommodate your date.
